Bennett is a privately-owned, award-winning, commercial building company headquartered in the Northern Rivers of NSW. We are a leader in innovative and quality commercial building construction across all industry sectors and proudly part of the Lipman Group. Our values of integrity and dedication drive our commitment to commercial projects in the Northern Rivers region with a particular interest in the enrichment of the local community.

Over 85 years of calling

Bennett was founded in 1938 by Frank Bennett. The culture he built around integrity and dedication to delivering the client’s expectations was passed down through his family for two more generations.

Bennett with its parent company, Lipman, serves most of eastern NSW and south-eastern Queensland. We service clients in multiple sectors including health, hospitality, commercial, government, aged care and build-to-rent projects.
Our long-term roots in the Northern Rivers and our relationships and understanding of local subcontractors and suppliers, ensures that our projects are delivered cooperatively on time, on budget and to the highest safety standards.
