The Role

Assistant Site Supervisor

Bennett is seeking a motivated Assistant Site Supervisor to help deliver high‑quality projects across the Northern Rivers and NSW. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Site Supervisor to keep daily site operations running smoothly, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and support the coordination of subcontractors and materials. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, grow your leadership skills, and build a rewarding career in construction.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualifications in Construction Management (or similar)
  • Previous site experience preferred
  • Strong safety knowledge & communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and lead with initiative

The Role

Project Cadet

Kickstart your career in construction while you study! Join Bennett’s Cadetship Program and gain paid, hands‑on experience, real project exposure, and support from industry mentors.

What we’re looking for

  • 3rd year (or above) in Construction Management or related degree
  • Passionate about building a career in construction
  • Available 4 days during semester + full‑time in breaks

For the last two years, Bennett have been NSW Tier 2 partners of Mates in Construction. Notwithstanding the impact on broader society, mental health issues and suicide are particularly prevalent in the construction industry.
