This is a modern facility is to be situated on the existing Treelands Drive Community Centre grounds. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the TAFE NSW Connect Learning Centre and Yamba Community Health, this will be a new precinct that will feature a dedicated art space, a youth area, outdoor communal spaces, and additional public parking.

This project will house a library twice the size of the current one and offer up to eight versatile meeting spaces to cater to diverse user groups. This multifaceted community centre promises enhanced education, cultural enrichment, youth empowerment, and increased community engagement while ensuring convenient access for all.
