Concrete and Masonry Construction
The methodology used was concrete and masonry construction. This was suitable for this application as the need to maintain a controlled environment were paramount. This is amplified in areas such as the operating theatres and ICU.
Like with all hospitals 70% of the work is behind the walls. The medical services were executed very well so the testing and commissioning were made easier.
This private hospital continues to grow and play an important role in the local community.
