Flagship
aged care project
The project included numerous stages to both expand and enhance the existing facility. These works included the upgrade and extension to the residence dining room and entertainment areas, a new library, conference facilities, 56 RACF, administration, café and substantial civil and roadworks.
The project was set out to become the flagship Aged Care Project for the Catholic Diocese and to establish the standard to be adopted for future stages and projects. The highest quality finishes were delivered.

State-of-the-art
facilities
The new buildings not only comprise of modern living spaces and state of the art facilities for new and existing residents, but it also provides staff with a centrally located administration building. The building structures are founded in piles then designed typically with traditional slab on ground, supporting columns, suspended concrete desks with supporting steels to roof level. The external envelope of the building is primarily veneered face brick designed with articulated panels of both metal and timber cladding. Commercial glazing along with standard residential glazing has been to provide an eclectic mix of finishes.
